20'x40' space, 14' trampoline, ProPhoto 600Rx2 & 300x2, 20ft ceilings, 86" parabolic, 7'x8' light wall, strip lights, soft boxes, umbrellas, stands, boom, concrete floor, changing area, climate controlled (low humidity, consistent temperature), studio lighting only (no windows).

Rates

Non-commercial/TFP/open shoot: $35/hr
Commercial/paid/closed shoot: $125/hr (proof of insurance required)
Educational/student/NPO: $20/hr
